Who we are

This Privacy Policy was created by TheConversionLift. (hereinafter referred to as “theConversionLift”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) to demonstrate that we respect the privacy of all users and to recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner with that information.

However, in cases where TheConversionLift is obliged by law to keep your Personal Data for a longer period, or when your Personal Data is required for TheConversionLift to lodge or defend against legal claims, TheConversionLift maintains your Personal Data until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in question have been resolved.

What rights we have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Information and processing

As a global company, TheConversionLift has subsidiaries and external service providers inside and outside the European Union (the “EU”). As a consequence, whenever we use or otherwise treat your Personal Data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we may transfer your information to countries outside the EU, including those where the level of data protection is not comparable to that applied in the EU.

Whenever such a transfer occurs, we will put in place appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses, according to EU Commission Decision 87/2010/EC or any future replacement) to ensure your information is protected.

Changes to this privacy policy

From time to time, TheConversionLift may need to update or modify this Privacy Policy, to reflect changes in our business practices, data collection practices or organization. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason, without notice to you, other than the posting of the amended Privacy Policy on the websites. It is strongly recommended that you check the website often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the top. We will in any case not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit and informed consent.

If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue your use of the website, and cease providing Personal Information to us, prior to the time the modified Privacy Policy takes effect. If you continue using the website or provide Personal Information after the modified Privacy Policy takes effect, you will be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
